Embracing The Single Life

Happy to leave the past behind!

A lot has happened since my last post.
My husband started a whole new relationship with another woman
while still living with me.  I filed for divorce, packed my most important
items and hit the road.  I am at day two of freedom, staying with my mom
for a couple weeks of peaceful rest and healing.

Go on over and visit Cate, see what everyone else is saying.
It's only six words. You can do it!!

Oh Grace..I am so sorry. I know that really hurts!

May God wrap His loving arms around you and walk you through this hard time.

It can be, Grace! I had the best three years of my life between my marriages. It was a similar situation to yours. It hurts, I still have an involuntary sob sometimes when I breathe in.

I wasn't looking for a wife when (my new) Mrs. Jim came into my life. But we've been married 39 years now (13 in the original) and both of us are HAPPY.

Jim's Six Words for August 18 has a couple of pictures on our youngest grandchild. She is younger than one of the great grandchildren. LOL.

Grace.... you definitely have the greatest attitude.... if you ever need to talk... let me know. I started all over 19 years ago with 3 little kids and have not looked back (well maybe once or twice :) )

Take it one day at a time!
