be at my most comfortable weight. It's been a while
since I have been there and I am looking forward to it.
For now I am celebrating the first 7! I already have sooooooo much more energy and my outlook is much happier.
Veggies, fruits, lean meats are what I am eating right now. No sugar, processed or junk food.
Check out Dr. Oz's 10 rules, I am following them too: Dr Oz Just 10. He sent me the very cool bracelet for free. It helps me to be mindful of what I eat.
