Hibiscus from my Back Yard

It has been a busy week, I haven't been feeling on top
of the world (lots of sinus problems) so my blog is a little behind.
Here is a gorgeous Hibiscus from my garden.
I will be back to my normal postings on Monday.
Have a great Saturday and an awesome weekend!

Ouch...getting older is fun

Great fun first thing this morning, even before I had my coffee.
OB/Gyn Dr. ordered blood test to
check my hormone levels, ah, the joys of aging.
Thank goodness, I had a kind gentle Phlebotomist who took
my blood and was done before I even knew she had stuck me.
I am extremely squeamish and have been known
to pass out while watching an episode of ER.

he was one month old, way back in December 1980

And here is his son, my Baby Grandson at one month old.
I see some similarities (they are both adorable).
My, my, how time flies!

Tried a New Organic Coffee

I am a coffee fanatic, and very picky about the coffee I drink.
My favorite grocery store had "Audubon" coffee on sale and the bag was so pretty,
I thought why not give it a try?
When I opened the bag, the aroma was heavenly,  I couldn't wait to try it.
I wasn't disappointed. Yum! It was so good, I am going to go back and stock up.

Of course I had to drink it out of my vintage "Nestle World Cup".

I chose the Rainforest Blend, it is a medium blend, which is what I like.
It is great to find a good organic coffee that helps the environment.

Here Comes That Rainy Day Feeling

It is raining. I woke up to a light rain, which is awesome because it rains so rarely here in Arizona. Now it is raining hard. I am taking it easy today and enjoying the cool, rainy weather. Here is a classic rainy day song, perfect for a day like today.
